2026 HK Electronics Fair : Our Walkie-talkie Factory’s Sweet Interaction with Customers

The 2026 HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) has come to an end successfully. We are a professional walkie-talkie factory, and we just finished this big electronics show in Hong Kong. It was a wonderful time for us to meet new and old customers face to face. We talked, laughed and shared ideas together. This show was not just a place to show our products, but more a bridge to connect our hearts with our customers. Today, we want to look back on those warm interaction moments and say a big “thank you” to every customer who came to our booth.
First, let us tell you a little about us. We have been making intercoms for more than 20 years. We are a source factory, which means we make intercoms by ourselves, from buying raw materials to making the final products. We have strict rules to check the quality of every walkie-talkie Our products include digital walkie-talkie, analog walkie-talkie and many kinds of accessories. They are used in many places, such as security, construction sites, hotels, warehouses and outdoor activities. Our radios are cheap but good, and they work stably. Many customers from all over the world like our products and trust us.
This year, we joined the 2026 Hong Kong Electronics Fair with our new intercoms and custom solutions. We did not just put our products on the table for people to look at. We wanted to talk with every customer, listen to their needs and make friends with them. Because we know, good cooperation starts with good communication. During the show, our booth was always busy. Many customers came to talk to us, and every interaction was warm and meaningful.
When customers came to our booth, our staff would greet them with a smile and say “Good afternoon! Welcome to our booth. Please come in and have a look around!”. We let every customer hold and use our intercoms by themselves. All our sample intercoms were ready before the show. Customers could test the sound clarity, signal stability and battery life. They could feel the good quality of our products with their own hands.
When customers had questions, our staff would answer them patiently. Some customers asked, “How long can the walkie-talkie work?” We told them clearly, “It can work for 12 to 24 hours, depending on how you use it.” Some customers wanted to know if the radio can work in rain. We said, “Yes, we have waterproof walkie-talkies. They can work well even in light rain.” We answered every question in simple English, so that every customer could understand easily. We also showed them product catalogs and videos, so they could know our products better.
Many customers had custom needs. Some said, “I need intercoms for my construction site. They need to be strong and waterproof.” Some said, “I want to buy a lot of walkie-talkies, can you give me a better price?” We listened carefully to all their needs. Our professional team talked with them one by one, made custom solutions for them, told them the price and the time to deliver the goods. We tried our best to meet their needs, because we want to help our customers solve their problems.
We also met many old customers at the show. We were very happy to see them again. We prepared small and nice gifts for every old customer who came to our booth. We talked with them about our past cooperation, and discussed how to make our cooperation better in the future. Some old customers gave us good advice on our products, like “You can make the intercom smaller” or “It would be better if the battery life is longer”. We wrote down all their advice carefully, because their ideas help us make better products.
During the show, we also talked with customers about the future of the intercom industry. We shared the latest industry news with them, such as how AI and 5G can help make better intercoms. We discussed together what customers need most in the future, and how we can make our intercoms more useful. These talks let us know more about the market, and also let our customers know that we are always keeping up with the times.
The show was very busy every day. From morning to evening, we talked with customers, showed them our products and answered their questions. Sometimes we were tired, but when we saw the smile on our customers’ faces, we felt very happy. Many customers exchanged business cards with us, and said they wanted to cooperate with us after the show. Some customers even placed small orders on the spot. These are the best rewards for us.
We know that online communication is convenient, but face-to-face interaction is more real and warm. At the show, we did not push our products to customers. We just talked with them sincerely, listened to their needs and shared our ideas. We made many new friends, and deepened our friendship with old customers. This is the most valuable thing we got from this show.
